НКРЕКП збільшила обсяг накладених на обленерго штрафів у 2017 році майже вдесятеро

Національна комісія, що здійснює регулювання у сфері енергетики та комунальних послуг (НКРЕКП), за підсумками перевірок обленерго, проведених у 2017 році, наклала на них штрафи обсягом 18,5 млн грн, що в 9,3 разу (на 16,5 млн грн) більше, ніж роком раніше.

Як повідомляється на сайті комісії, за підсумками перевірок обленерго, проведених у 2017 році, з їхніх тарифів також було вилучено кошти на 1,967 млн грн та накладено зобов'язання із внесення до інвестиційної програми не використаних за минулі роки коштів на 2,227 млрд грн (за підсумками перевірок 2016 року ці цифри становили 0,915 млрд грн і 3,315 млрд грн відповідно).

НКРЕКП здійснює державне регулювання діяльності суб'єктів природних монополій в електроенергетиці, теплопостачанні, нафтогазовому комплексі, централізованому водопостачанні та водовідведенні, переробці та захороненні побутових відходів, а також забезпечує проведення цінової і тарифної політики в цих сферах.
