про оприлюднення проекту тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ТОВ «Луганськобленерго» на 2019 рік

Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Луганськобленерго» розробило проект тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії на 2019 рік відповідно до пункту 5 підпункту 1.5 постанови НКРЕКП 27.12.2017р. № 1470 «Про затвердження Ліцензійних умов провадження господарської діяльності з розподілу електричної енергії».

Відповідно до вимог постанови НКРЕКП 30.06.2017р. № 866 «Про затвердження Порядку проведення відкритого обговорення проектів рішень Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг» з метою відкритого обговорення та отримання пропозицій щодо рівня тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ТОВ «Луганськобленерго» (з застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання) оприлюднює інформацію щодо проекту рівня тарифів на 2019 рік на офіційному веб-сайті ТОВ «Луганськобленерго» http://www.loe.com.ua/

Пропозиції та зауваження мають бути обґрунтованими та підписаними.

Зауваження та пропозиції від фізичних та юридичних осіб, їх об’єднань, органів місцевого самоврядування та інших заінтересованих осіб приймаються по 19 жовтня 2018 року включно у письмовому та /або електронному вигляді.

Анонімні пропозиції та зауваження, а також пропозиції і зауваження, що були надані після визначеного у інформаційному повідомленні терміну, не реєструються та не розглядаються.

Проведення відкритого громадського обговорення (відкритого слухання), розгляд пропозицій та зауважень до проекту тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії на 2019 рік відбудеться 23 жовтня 2018 року о 10-00 годині за адресою:

м. Лисичанськ, вул. О. Довженка, 11, актова зала.

Заяви надаються у письмовому виді на адресу вул. Гоголя, 24, 2 поверх, кімната 5, м.Сєвєродонецьк, Луганська обл., 93404, або на електронну адресу: Этот адрес электронной почты защищён от спам-ботов. У вас должен быть включен JavaScript для просмотра.

В день засідання комісії необхідно до 9-30 засвідчити присутність у секретаря.
